• Payment: Payments can be made online using secure payment gateways including Razorpay.

• Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or SMS after successful ticket purchase.

• Delivery: E-tickets will be sent digitally to your registered email ID. No physical tickets will be dispatched unless specifically stated.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds: Refunds are only provided if an event is cancelled by PBJSS.

• No Refunds: No refunds will be issued in case of no-shows or change of mind by the ticket holder.

• Request Procedure: Refund requests (if applicable) must be made in writing to pareekbhawanjansewasansthan@gmail.com within 7 days of event cancellation.

• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

4. Changes to Events

In case of a change in event venue, date, or time, tickets will remain valid. PBJSS will notify all ticket holders via email/SMS. If the attendee cannot attend the rescheduled event, a refund request may be submitted.

5. Entry Requirements

Entry to any PBJSS event may require a valid ID, age verification, or other criteria based on event guidelines. Please refer to event-specific details.

6. Donation Policy

• Voluntary Nature: All donations made to PBJSS are voluntary and for the purpose of supporting our programs and initiatives.

• Non-Refundable: Donations, once made, are non-refundable.

• Receipts: Donation receipts will be provided via email within 3–5 business days of the transaction.

• Utilization: Funds will be utilized solely for the charitable objectives of PBJSS, as per our mission and legal compliance.
