Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the rules for refunds related to event ticket purchases and donations made to Pat No. 70 Jan Seva Sansthan (PBJSS).

1. Event Ticket Purchases

1.1 Event Cancellation by PBJSS

If PBJSS cancels an event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket amount. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of cancellation notification. No action is required from the ticket holder.

1.2 Event Rescheduling or Change in Venue/Date

If an event is rescheduled or the venue/date changes:

  • Original tickets will remain valid.

  • If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, a refund request must be sent within 7 days of the announcement.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

1.3 Ticket Cancellation by Attendee (No-Shows / Change of Mind)

Tickets are non-refundable in cases where the attendee cancels, changes their mind, or fails to attend the event. Since event revenue supports charitable causes, we are unable to process such refund requests.

1.4 Ticket Transfers

In certain cases, tickets may be transferred to another person. Please contact us at pareekbhawanjansewasansthan@gmail.com before the event date to inquire about transfer eligibility.

2. Donations

2.1 Non-Refundable Donations

All donations made to PBJSS are non-refundable. Donations are applied immediately to support our programs and initiatives.

2.2 Mistaken or Duplicate Donations

If a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction or incorrect amount), please contact us at pareekbhawanjansewasansthan@gmail.com or call +91 9314703813 within 3 days of the transaction. Genuine errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically requiring 5–10 business days.
